The eternal struggle: body image.
I can honestly say through most my years in high school I never had a problem with my body. Until my senior year. I decided to stop doing sports which caused me to gain a bunch of weight. Nothing super dramatic. But seeing as I was my smallest my junior year (115 lbs), it was weird being bigger. My junior year I did swimming and soccer and got super fit. More fit than I ever was. all you have to do is restart, not the worst thing ever…. mayonnaise is the worst thing ever.
